Your challenge/tasks
- Identify customer pain points and business opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Validate, build and scale disruptive business ideas to serve new markets and new customers
- Conduct customer centric analyses and make decisions grounded in data
- Create and pilot prototypes and MVPs
- Run rigorous, hypothesis-driven experimentation and apply methods like design thinking, blue ocean strategy and lean start-up
- Work with innovative and open-minded people in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Embrace the learnings and decide whether to stop, start, continue
- Shape up innovative offerings to serve (new) markets
What you need to bring
- Experience as an entrepreneur or intrapreneur is an advantage
- Experience in the healthcare industry in areas such as but not limited to clinical care, elderly care, telehealth, mobile health, predictive analytics, population health, nutrition
- Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem in Austria and DACH region is an advantage
- Ability to test, learn and iterate
- Passionately alert to possibilities, unmet needs and opportunities in the healthcare ecosystem
- Persistence, and the ability to overcome obstacles
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability and willingness to give and take constructive feedback
- Ability to build a compelling business case based on hypothesis-driven analytics
- Experience with one or more of Blue Ocean Strategy, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English; German is an advantage

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this position starts at 50.000 €. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
