24Med2U project is entering an exciting stage, we are ready to introduce the solution on the market. To ensure the success of that, we are looking for an experienced sales talent to create a sales strategy for our solution in Austria.

Your main responsibilities

  • Create and execute on the sales strategy in the pharmaceutical industry in Austria.
  • Build up and manage the sales funnel.
  • Communicate with (potential) customers to understand their needs and advise on 24Med2U solution value.
  • Build and maintain great customer relationships pre and post sales.
  • Closely collaborate with 24Med2U team to facilitate customer needs fulfillment as well as understand solution further development and enhancements.
  • Collect and analyze data to learn more about B2B2C consumer behavior.
  • Proactively advise customers on ongoing questions and improve sales processes.
  • Identify industry trends and understand changing consumer needs ensuring ongoing 24Med2U development.

Your qualification

  • Educational degree in business, communications or related field.
  • Excellent in spoken and written German and fluent in English
  • A digital native.
  • A strategic, yet hands-on attitude, excited about moving from the big picture to getting both feet on the ground.
  • Talented strong communicator, able to articulate our offering to customers and clients.
  • An empathetic person who can seamlessly place themselves into other people’s shoes and finds ways to address them with the right messaging.
  • A creative mind who is dedicated to ideating new ways to strengthen and improve our offerings.
  • A curious and analytical mind with the ability to execute research and put data into practice.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Extremely organized, well-structured and able to multitask.

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this position starts at 60.000 €. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
