Criteria & requirements

During the weekend, you will work on your idea and bring it to life with a prototype. Here are some points for you to follow.

Innovativeness

Innnovate, disrupt! One of the main criteria will be how innovative your idea is, and what impact it could have on the future and present of healthcare.

Prototype

While the core idea is important, we will also expect you to start bringing it to life. That can be in a form of a website, mobile/desktop application, a mathematical model integrated into an application. The stack is completely up to you!

Challenges

We will share more details about the challenges during the event. Don't worry, your creativity is not limited - feel free to take up the open challenge and pitch your idea!

  • 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Registration and Welcome
  • 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Introduction to tracks (Primary Care, Active Aging, Pharmacies, Mental Health)
  • 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Team Formation & Networking
  • 6:00 PM: Dinner
  • 7:00 PM: Hacking starts
  • 9:00 PM: Venue closes for the night

Saturday

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM: Hacking continues
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch
  • 13:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Optional mentoring sessions
  • 5:00 PM: Technical check-in
  • 6:00 PM: Dinner
  • 7:00 PM: Hacking resumes
  • 10:00 PM: Venue closes for the night

Sunday

  • 8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 12:00 PM: Submissions deadline
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch
  • 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Entertainment break
  • 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Pitching session (each team has 5 minutes to present + 5 minutes Q&A)
  • 4:30 PM Winner announcement & hackathon closing
  • 5:00 PM Networking & drinks
  • 7:00 PM: Venue closes
