Our vision
Picture this: a holistic healthcare provider supporting individuals on their lifelong journey to getting and staying healthy. To make this vision a reality, we need a team full of exceptional talent: thinkers, doers and innovators who are fueled by experimentation and growth and thrive in a dynamic work environment. We combine the relaxed atmosphere of a start-up with the security of a large corporation that has our back.
How we work together
At Mavie Next, we live our values of freedom and responsibility and blend them with an open feedback and learning culture. There is no blueprint you have to follow. We encourage you to show sound judgement, act on data, explore and bring your unique perspectives. We empower our team members to take ownership, with no rigid role definitions and many possibilities for continuous on-the-job learning. Our work is diverse, with an emphasis on innovation and real impact. We aren’t just interested in driving the company forward, we want to create an environment where everyone can thrive.
